When your order ships

Balms and finished sets are in stock and ship within 1 to 3 business days. The Craft Tallow Kit, the Expansion Kit, and Botanical Boosters have an estimated ship time of 3 weeks. You get tracking the moment your box leaves Cottonwood Heights. Small batches are the reason the botanicals arrive fresh.

Once it ships

US delivery typically runs 2 to 5 business days from the ship date. Our balms are poured dense, and they travel well in heat for short windows. A hot mailbox can still soften a jar: set it on a level shelf at room temperature, or give it ten minutes in the refrigerator, and it resets without changing the recipe.
