How it works

Try any Craft Tallow balm, kit, or set for up to 60 days from delivery. If it is not right for your skin, email hi@crafttallow.com with your order number and we refund the purchase price. Original shipping is excluded from the refund. No return shipment is required for opened jars; we may ask unopened items to come back, on us.

Why sixty days instead of thirty

Skin results build over weeks. Barrier comfort shows early, but renewal takes its time, which is why the window is sixty days: long enough to use the jar daily, watch how your skin answers, and decide with real information instead of a first impression. Judge at the end of the window rather than the first week. Sixty days exists so you can judge after real use, not after a first week.

Subscriptions

The 60-Day Skin Test applies to your first delivery of any subscription. Renewals can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime from your account, and an unshipped renewal can always be cancelled for a full refund.

How we handle refunds

We are a small batch operation in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. A person reads every refund request and honors it without a quiz. Telling us what went wrong helps the next batch. The refund comes either way.
